There is no quick answer, and only a well-laid out financial plan can

If there was a quick answer, the one that would suit most people would be;
Pay off your credit card debt as
fast as you can!
It's usually your most expensive loan. Always pay more than the
minimum repayment amount each month, and try to pay that amount
consistently. Your debt will go down faster and you'll pay a lot less
interest.
